I fell in love with Sardinia from afar — to me it’s a mystical land that calls out to certain people.
First it was the Nuraghe — those ancient stone towers holding centuries of mystery. Then it was the land itself — raw, wild, and breathtaking — and the people, whose warmth and depth reminded me of something ancestral and true.

This blog was born on May 19th. The idea just burst into my consciousness….So I asked — quietly, inwardly — for a sign before launching into what would be work- buying a name, designing and writing…. A clear yes or no.
As I stood looking out from my window, having just framed the question, my eyes were immediately drawn to a small lizard skittering at the top of a grey concrete wall, three stories below. He was visible for maybe 10 seconds in the hot sun, then he ducked into the hole of the concrete block. I look out of that window often and had never seen one before. It felt like more than coincidence.
Since I do shamanic work and am interested in animal symbolism, I took this as message.
Lizard represents transformation, growth, and the power of shedding what no longer fits. Like snakes, lizards shed their skin when it’s time to grow. They also have the astonishing ability to sacrifice their tail and regrow it, a symbol of resilience, survival, and regeneration. Symbols of — releasing what holds us back so we can begin again, even if we emerge a little different.
That was my sign. It was time to begin.

This space, Mystic Sardinia, is where I’ll share my journey through Sardinia’s art, myth, sacred landscapes, and ancient energies. As an artist, yoga and meditation teacher, Divine Feminine guide, my life’s work has been about helping people reconnect with their inner wisdom, creativity, and soul.
Sardinia feels like part of that path — a place rich in stories that speak to the sacred feminine, the earth, and the power of art as alchemy.
If Sardinia has ever called to you, even in whispers, you’re in the right place.
